Admissions Process overview

Hop on the bus! 

We are delighted you are considering Nomad for your child. We are currently accpeting applications for students ages 7-10 for our Upper Elementary Cohort and students ages 10-13 for our Middle School Cohorts. Applications are due mid-February. We look forward to meeting you!

Come experience our take on progressive education first hand. Your family will meet the team, learn about our program, tour The Depot (our school space), and ask questions. All open houses are held at The Depot located at 2592 Folsom St in the Mission District. To register, fill out the form to the right.

Open House Dates:

  • Monday September 30th @5:30pm

  • Saturday October 26th @10am

  • Monday November 18th @5:30pm

  • Saturday December 14th @10am

  • Monday January 13th @5:30pm

Step 2

Schedule a shadow visit

We ask all interested students to join us for a day at Nomad. A shadow visit gives students the chance to participate in a typical Nomad day while providing us the opportunity to get to know your child in a casual, playful setting. Register your child using the button below.

Step 3

Complete application materials

Application materials and tuition assistance forms for the 2020-2021 school year are due mid-February 2020. All materials can be submitted online. Click the button below to start the application process.

Notification & Enrollment

Notification letters will be sent Wednesday, March 18th, 2020. Signed enrollment contracts and tuition deposits are due Thursday, March 26th, 2020.
