After immersing themselves in the journey topic, Nomadians apply their knowledge through self-driven projects. They identify experts and mentors they would like to consult, and work strategically to bring their big ideas to life. Instructors become project managers helping young people find their place in their work, tackle obstacles, and leverage their strengths. At the end of each journey, we showcase our projects with the larger community.
