Nomad is made up of two mixed-age cohorts for kids in grades 5–8. With only 12 young people per cohort, Nomadians experience the joy of being known deeply by their peers and instructors. Nomadians also work hard on their relationships to ensure that their cohort runs smoothly. With the support of instructors, Nomadians learn and practice communication skills, working through conflict with the lens of restorative justice. Nomadians strive to embody inclusivity.
