Nomad Theater - DIY from Script to Stage!

At Nomad, we believe in working with real experts to make amazing ideas come to life. In this after-school program, you’ll be part of the troupe, whether it’s on the stage or behind the scenes. Over the course of 12 weeks, the troupe will write a script with a professional writer, make props and backdrops with a carpenter, sew costumes with a seamstress, choreograph and rehearse with a director and actor, learn to run the lights and sound, and perform at a professional theater in front of a live audience! Class Details:

Available to all kids ages 8-14 -- you do not have to be a Nomad student to register! 

Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-6:00pm for 12 weeks beginning September 17th - December 12th, 2018

Performance: the evening of December 12th, 2018

Cost: Choose from this sliding scale:

  • Below Operating Cost: $90/week ($1,800 for the session)
  • At Operating Cost: $120/week ($1,440 for the session)
  • Above Operating Cost: $150/week ($1,800 for the session)
